1. Purpose - This group exists to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where attendees share ideas, experiences, and resources to achieve personal and professional growth.
Jo is the Director of Beyond Training Solutions and a double award winning NLP trainer, coach and business trainer. Before she formed Beyond, she worked at Director level in the NHS and commercial sectors.
She has always been driven to enable people to achieve far more than they thought they could, so decided to take her passion and 18 years coaching and training experience into setting up Beyond Training Solutions and, therefore, Beyond NLP Training.
Everything Jo does is centred around supporting her students and the members of the Beyond NLP Family. She is proud to now live life on her terms, balancing her love of travelling on the UK canal network on her narrow boat with maintaining and growing her coaching, training and facilitation business.
Jo admits to implementing successful strategies and also some that did not work as she had hoped. In NLP terms, we know that everything is about feedback and she is passionate about passing on all that she has learnt over the past 14 years to other coaches and trainers to help them navigate their path to success.
